I laughed at Derek last night when we went for a walk because he was walking funny, and then I woke up this morning, and I know his pain.
Ow, my legs. My abs. My arms. Muscles I didn't even know could be achy.

What we're doing...
The Ride to Conquer Cancer is a 200 kilometre 2-day bike ride, benefiting the Alberta Cancer Foundation. Derek and I will be riding June 26-27, 2010.
Teri is completing this challenge in honour of her cousin Trevor Pascal, who passed away in October 2008.
Derek is completing the challenge in honour of Marilyn Kittlitz, the mother of his good friend Travis from high school, who passed away November 2009.
Funds raised in The Ride to Conquer Cancer will support breakthrough research, exemplary teaching, and compassionate care at the Alberta Cancer Foundation, a world leader in cancer research and treatment. A donation of one dollar for every kilometre would be great, but any contribution would be greatly appreciated toward our goal of $5,000.00.
